1. Apply for a loan on www.consumer.amerihome.com . We will send you your Loan Estimate Disclosure.
2. Provide us with a Loan Estimate Disclosure from any lender on the same day when you receive it. If our interest rate and total origination cost for the same loan parameters are not lower than the competitorâs, we will make every effort to match the competitorâs pricing.
3. If we are unable to match the competitorâs pricing, provide us with the following documents:
- A signed and dated $500 Best Deal Guarantee claim form
- A completed W-9 form
- Your lenderâs Loan Estimate Disclosure (which you previously shared with AmeriHome)
- Your lenderâs final HUD-1 Settlement Statement showing your interest rate and total origination charges, as well as the type and terms of the loan product you chose
4. We will send you a check for $500.
Term and Conditions: After the Required Documentation has been submitted and a full review has been completed to determine that you qualify, your check for $500 will be sent in approximately 6â8 weeks. Your lenderâs final HUD-1 Settlement Statement must show that the interest rate and Adjusted Origination Charges (AOCâfrom line 803 of the HUD-1) on your closed loan were both lower than those disclosed in your AmeriHome Loan Estimate Disclosure. In addition, the closed loan must be for the same loan product and have the same terms as those shown in our Loan Estimate Disclosure, and you must close the loan with your lender within 60 days of requesting our Best Deal Guarantee.
